MYA News – Applying for Tax Treaty Benefits for Non-Resident Enterprises

MYA has successfully applied for tax treaty benefits for a German enterprise, enabling it to be exempted from paying income tax on business profits not derived from permanent institutions in China, thus avoiding double taxation. This marks the first successful case in Downtown Shanghai, where a non-resident enterprise has successfully applied for tax treaty benefits.
